The Universe of Colors!

Service Description

What if you started seeing color differently? The Universe of Color is a creative journey through the color wheel, exploring color through art history, pigments, culture, psychology of colors, observation, and personal experience. Each week, we will “live” in a different color—discovering fascinating stories about pigments and color history, looking at art through colored glasses, and exploring the emotions, memories, and personal associations that colors can awaken. Before the course begins, you’ll receive an introduction to color theory, with essential concepts and tools to help you experiment with color combinations throughout our journey. Over the two months, you’ll create your own personal Color Sketchbook and unique color wheel, while experimenting freely with color in your own style and with the materials you enjoy. Create with what you have! No fancy art supplies are needed. Bring acrylic paint, watercolor, gouache, markers, pencils, pastels, collage, fabric, wool, thread, recycled materials, oil and soft pastels—or simply whatever you already have at home. A sketchbook of your favourite size will be needed! There is no required technique or artistic style, and you definitely don’t need to be an artist! If you love color, are curious about creativity, and want to experience the world around you in a new way, you are very welcome. A shared journey We meet live online every week to discover, create, experiment, and share. If you miss a session, the theoretical introduction to that week’s color will be recorded so you can catch up. We’ll also have a WhatsApp group to share color inspiration, discoveries, and motivation, and stay connected throughout our two-month journey! Start seeing new colors around you! Important Booking & Payment Information * If you choose “Pay in person,” you’ll receive payment details by email for bank transfer or MobilePay. This is the recommended option if you live in Denmark. Your spot is confirmed once payment has been received, so please remember to complete your payment when booking. * If you’re booking from abroad and prefer to pay by credit card, change the currency using the selector in the top-right corner of the booking page. * VAT: Participants aged 30 and over are subject to VAT under Danish regulations.
