Ready to take your drawings to the next level? This 3-month course is designed for those with basic drawing experience who want to build confidence, refine technique, and explore personal expression. You'll explore techniques inspired by both classical and contemporary artists, while strengthening core skills such as shading, still life, figure drawing, landscape, and composition. You'll also learn to use drawing as a tool for imagination, gaining the confidence to invent and illustrate your own original, imaginary scenes. Materials we’ll explore: Graphite – with a focus on improving your control, range, and precision Charcoal – exploring bold contrasts and expressive mark-making Ballpoint pen – for confident line work and texture Ink – using brush and pen techniques for dynamic drawing Soft pastels and other colorful supplies – to expand your visual vocabulary Each class introduces creative challenges using these diverse tools to help you grow as an artist. By the end of the course, you’ll have plenty of practice, discover your favorite mediums, and begin to develop your unique drawing voice. Join us and elevate your drawing practice! All art supplies are included in this class. You only bring your enthusiasm! We share tea and snacks for a hyggeligt experience! Important information: Class Cancellations: If a class needs to be canceled, it will be rescheduled for the last Tuesday of November. If you’re unable to attend that day, an alternative date will be offered. Missed Classes: If you need to miss one or more classes, you may make them up on another day of the week, depending on availability. To reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your absence.
